About Us
Meet The Owners
We would like to introduce ourselves. We are Ron and Kimberly Hanson and we are the owners of Books N Balance Bookkeeping, LLC. We live in Jerome, Idaho and we have three grown children that live in Oregon, California and Texas. When we have time, we enjoy going for long walks and doing things outdoors.
Ron has always had a passion for business. His favorite subject in high school was accounting, in fact that is what he went to college for. It was in college that he also got involved with coaching and wanted to combine his two passions. With that he changed his major to business education and has been teaching high school business classes for 30 years. He is now very excited to pursue this new stage in his life.
Kim has been in the business world since the age of 18. She has worked in bookkeeping for a retail store in Billings, MT for several years and has spent the last 10 years as a Paralegal.
We are very excited to work with small to mid-sized businesses and help business owners make more profitable decisions and feel they have more freedom.
The Foundation Of Our Business
Just like a strong building needs to be built on a strong foundation, Books N Balance Bookkeeping is built on the foundations of three standards. Those standards are teamwork, communication, and customized services. Everything we do is based on those three standards.
We are very excited to work with small to mid-sized businesses and help business owners make more profitable decisions and feel they have more freedom.
Teamwork: When we agree to work with you we are investing in your business. We strive to be part of the team, working along side you to help your business grow. When you succeed we succeed. With that in mind we want to work extremely hard for you.
Communication: We feel that when we work together that we are in a relationship together. Communication is a key to a good relationship. We will tailor the communication styles to best fit your preferences. That could mean face to face meetings (if in the area) or face-to-face via Zoom or another video meeting software. It could also be via text or email depending on your preference and needs. We will always try to get back to you within 24-48 hours at the latest.
Customized Services: Every business is different so each client is different and needs a customized plan. We do not make the owner fit into one system just to make a sale. We offer a free 30 minute consultation in which we get to know you and your business better. After the consultation we will put together a customized plan to meet your needs. We will present this plan to you the owner and you will decide if the plan is right for you. You are in control and we are here to help.
